Posters will be displayed on boards, which will be provided along with pushpins for mounting. Posters must fit within the dimensions of the board, but you may choose the orientation. Presenters will be assigned locations to put up their posters, which will be organized by topic. Supplies and poster location assignments will be available at the registration desk.

We will have two poster sessions of 2-hours each where authors will be able to discuss their work with colleagues. Appetizers and drinks will be served during the poster sessions. Presenters of the Wednesday 9th session must set up their posters between 10 am and 2 pm that Wednesday, and take them down before 9:30 am Thursday 10th to allow presenters of the second session to set up their posters. Presenters of the Thursday 10th session must set up their posters between 10 am and 2 pm that Thursday, and take them down before 10 am Friday 11th.
